WASHOKU DIVE

WASHOKU DIVE is a content to experience authentic Japanese restaurant in a Digital Cave situation created using projectors and touch tables. People can experience from the beginning to the end of how Ryoutei (Japanese restaurant) and Kaiseki (a traditional Japanese multiple course meal) effect your stomach visually.

On 13-15 June, "WASHOKU DIVE" was unveiled at Digital Signage Japan 2018 held at Makuhari Messe, Japan.
The next event will be at Japan Expo in Paris on 5-8th July. Please visit booth F126 in Hall 5A to experience the depth of Japanese food and food culture through VR.

    The Washoku World Challenge is a cooking contest in which Japanese cuisine chefs from all over the world compete in technical expertise and passion for Japanese food.

    Japan is home to a great deal of undiscovered beautiful scenery woven from the four seasons, and diverse cuisines developed through local environments and passed down through the ages.
