    The Washoku World Challenge is a cooking contest in which Japanese cuisine chefs from all over the world compete in technical expertise and passion for Japanese food.

    EXPLORE REGIONAL FLAVORS

    Japan is home to a great deal of undiscovered beautiful scenery woven from the four seasons, and diverse cuisines developed through local environments and passed down through the ages. Many of these can only be experienced by actually visiting these areas. The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries has certified these regions in which you can enjoy wonderful cuisine as "Savor Japan" regions.
